2013 Overdue Overview Part 2: Electric Doodaloo

As promised, more LIVE CRAZY Caricatures from the months of June and July of 2013  to bug out your eyeballs and laugh your guts out. Somebody get a mop, it's about to get messy in here....
Here then is a company picnic in North Jersey where I drew lots of fun families...kept things fairly cute, and not so crazy, but that's okay, I'm flexible like that...
The next batch are from a New Jersey High school grad party I have been working with several other artists for about 15 years - this year it was 12 artists under a big tent drawing away for four hours - I love this event, and most grad/post-prom parties, because teenagers are a receptive audience for my more exaggerated, wild style which makes what I do all the more fun!

Some zany kids from a junior high gig I do every year....
Some of the fun that was had at ReMed Revovery Center's annual picnic!

Jackin' faces at a big project grad in New Brunswick NJ...
More krazy kapers at  a project grad at Dave and Buster's!
More to come!

2013 Live Caricature Gigs and Events - Long Overdue Overview!

It's been quite a while since I've updated my blog, and shame on me for that. Guess I've been pretty busy! Here, then, in an effort to get up to date, and an inability to just skip ahead to the present, is part one of a couple epic posts - a overview of photos from live caricature events I worked at in 2013, or at least the first 5 months or so, to be followed up by a couple more posts...

First, some happy customers who enjoyed some face twisting at a Delaware Tech College event in February...
These two are the only ones I got of an AM office 'morale-booster' at  a company in Princeton...

Sweet couple from I drew at a kid's party at North Bowl, in Philly...
The few folks I drew at this retail event at a craft show in Roxborough in April were highly appreciative of the funny faces I gave them!

A selection of humorously exaggerated students from an annual community college event I do...

More college faces, this time on a blustery day at Rutgers' Camden campus, with 4 other artists...

And one from a high school health fair...
A couple of the few drawings I did at a retail community event in Souderton, on a cold, windy Saturday...

Another annual college event, this time an alumni event at University of Penn, with many alumni and their kids, and grandkids being drawn! Also, another windy, rainy day in May...

Here, at another yearly event, in Orefield PA, is in action drawing middle school students along with 5 other artists - most of these photos being taken by caricaturist Alison Gelbman, who was working next to me, and enjoying the fun, silly vibes as we drew student after student...

That takes care of the first half of 2013 - well, up to the end of May at least - many, many more to come!
